Pre award of the 20th China Patent Excellence Award

On November 23, 2018, according to the announcement of the review results of the 20th China Patent Award published by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the invention patent (patent No. ZL201210563955.9) of "Rosa roxburghii juice drink and its production method" submitted by Tiancili Company successfully passed the review and was selected as the pre award project of the 20th China Patent Excellence Award.

China Patent Award
It is the only government department award in China that specially awards invention and creation granted patent rights. It is jointly selected and awarded by the China National Intellectual Property Administration of China and the World Intellectual Property Organization. It is the highest patent award in China and has certain influence in the world. The selection criteria include multiple dimensions such as patent quality, technological progressiveness, application and protection measures and effects, social benefits and development prospects. The selection procedure includes multiple links such as merit recommendation, preliminary examination acceptance, professional review, review by the review committee, and the competition is quite fierce.
It is reported that a total of 30 pre winning projects of the China Patent Gold Award, 10 pre winning projects of the China Design Gold Award, 60 pre winning projects of the China Patent Silver Award, 15 pre winning projects of the China Design Silver Award, 698 pre winning projects of the China Patent Excellence Award, and 61 pre winning projects of the China Design Excellence Award were selected for this review.
